HT-T series LCD intelligent proportional electric actuator is the perfect combination of integrated PID and electric actuator. The PID controller has both a variety of functions (temperature, pressure, pressure, flow, level), but also can servo the electric actuator. It’s simple to design and install, low cost for users.
With the standard 4 ~ 20mA signal channel ,common to be access to temperature, pressure, pressure, flow, level and other sensor, calculated by PID module in the actuator, control the valve switch, feedback the sensor changes a closed regulation loop was formed.

HT-T series LCD intelligent proportional electric actuator, the adapter valve and sensor can be assembled with a closed-loop control system. Typical projects are as follows:
1. Temperature Control Valve
Temperature Transmitter T acquired the water temperature, converted into 4 ~ 20mA standard signal into the HT-T actuators. HT-T can be set the range and the target temperature. After actuator HT-T calculations, change the valve switch to control water temperature constant in the target. Temperature transmitter T, and HT-T valve actuator may form the temperature control valve. Case diagram:
2. Pressure Regulating Valve
Pressure transmitter P acquired the pressure after the valve, and then converted into 4 ~ 20mA standard signal into the HT-T actuators. HT-T actuator can set the range and the target pressure value. After actuator HT-T calculations, change the valve switch, the control valve pressure constant in the target. Pressure transmitter P, and the HT-T valve actuator pressure regulating valve can be formed. Case diagram:
3. Pressure Differential Regulating Valve
Pressure transmitter P1, P2 were used to acquired the pressure value before and after the valve, and then converted into 4 ~ 20mA standard signal into the HT-T actuators. HT-T actuator can be set the range and the target values. After actuator HT-T calculations, change the valve switch adjustment to control the pressure constant in the target line. Pressure transmitter P1/P2, and HT-T valve actuator pressure regulating valve can be formed. Case diagram:
4. Level Control Valve
Water level transmitter W acquired the level value, converted into 4 ~ 20mA standard signal into the HT-T actuators. HT-T actuator can be set the range the target level value. After actuator HT-T calculations, change the valve switch to control water level constant in the target. Level Transmitter W, valves, and HT-T can form liquid level actuator control valve. 5. Flow Control Valve
Flow of electromagnetic flow meter acquired the flow value, then converted into 4 ~ 20mA standard signal into the HT-T actuators. HT-T actuator can be set the range and the target value. After actuator HT-T calculations, change the valve switch to control the flow of a constant in the target line. Electromagnetic flow meter (or other types of electronic flow meter), and HT-T valve actuator flow control valve can be formed. Case diagram:
